Shipping costs are calculated in the final step of the purchase process, where the postage amount is determined based on the quantity and type of ordered products, as well as the selected payment method. This is transparently displayed to the customer before completing the purchase.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"1031\">The online store is an &#8220;extension&#8221; of the physical dirty old SHOP located at Tratinska 34 in Zagreb, and the online store is updated once a day. Therefore, it is possible that some items listed as available online may not actually be in stock (for example, if an item is available in only one unit and is purchased in our physical store, it will still appear as available on the website until the next update). This is why we require your contact information (email) so that we can reach out to you in such cases.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1392\">dirty old SHOP is the sole owner of the website and domain <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dirtyoldempire.com\/en\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1114\">www.dirtyoldempire.com<\/a>. This document serves as a contract between dirty old SHOP and the Customer (any person who completes an order through the online store, whether a registered customer or a guest customer), whereby the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions of use for the online store.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1670\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Anyone who wishes to make a purchase in the online store can do so either as a guest customer or a registered customer. When paying by credit card, the amount in EUR is converted into your local currency based on the current exchange rate of the card association. Due to currency conversion, there may be a slight difference between the charged amount and the original price displayed on our website.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"877\">For payments via bank transfer, the payment must be completed within <strong data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"602\">three business days<\/strong> using the details provided in the order confirmation. Otherwise, the order will be canceled. The transferred amount must <strong data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"741\">exactly match<\/strong> the total stated in the order confirmation. If an unjustified overpayment occurs, refunds for the excess amount will not be possible.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"1044\">Bank transfer payments are only available for orders <strong data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"950\">within Croatia<\/strong>. Customers outside of Croatia must use the accepted credit\/debit cards for their purchases.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1432\">Payments via <strong data-start=\"1059\" data-end=\"1090\">Revolut or similar services<\/strong> are not accepted. These transactions are considered foreign transfers, and if a customer makes a payment through Revolut or a similar method contrary to this policy, the <strong data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1314\">high banking fees incurred will not be refundable<\/strong>. The order will not be processed until the customer covers these additional costs using an accepted payment method.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1644\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">For <strong data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1458\">ticket purchases<\/strong>, an additional <strong data-start=\"1474\" data-end=\"1506\">handling fee of \u20ac2 per order<\/strong> applies. If paying by credit card, an extra <strong data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1587\">4% fee on the total order amount<\/strong> (excluding shipping) is charged due to processing costs.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>SHIPPING<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"16\" data-end=\"253\"><strong>NOTICE: Due to the temporary suspension of international postal services to the United States, we are currently unable to ship orders to the USA. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience, and we look forward to resuming deliveries as soon as services are restored.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"16\" data-end=\"253\">Orders are shipped within <strong data-start=\"42\" data-end=\"66\">48-72 business hours<\/strong> after receipt. All shipments are sent via <strong data-start=\"109\" data-end=\"128\">registered mail<\/strong> through <strong data-start=\"137\" data-end=\"154\">Croatian Post<\/strong> for international orders and via the <strong data-start=\"192\" data-end=\"203\">Paket24<\/strong> service for domestic deliveries within Croatia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"255\" data-end=\"285\"><strong data-start=\"255\" data-end=\"283\">Delivery time estimates:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"286\" data-end=\"513\">\n<li data-start=\"286\" data-end=\"389\"><strong data-start=\"288\" data-end=\"307\">Within Croatia:<\/strong> 3 business days (4-5 business days for islands) as per <strong data-start=\"363\" data-end=\"374\">Paket24<\/strong> regulations.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"390\" data-end=\"433\"><strong data-start=\"392\" data-end=\"410\">Within Europe:<\/strong> 10-15 business days.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"513\"><strong data-start=\"436\" data-end=\"467\">Outside Europe (Worldwide):<\/strong> 15-20 business days from the shipping date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"619\">Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance and other controls in the recipient&#8217;s country.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"750\">After completing a successful order, the customer receives an <strong data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"711\">order confirmation email<\/strong>, including the total invoice amount.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"1110\"><strong data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"796\">Rigor Imperium j.d.o.o. (Dirty Old SHOP)<\/strong> is not responsible for any additional costs incurred after the order, such as <strong data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"908\">customs fees or other charges<\/strong> that may apply to shipments outside Croatia. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for <strong data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1021\">delayed deliveries<\/strong> due to high shipping volume or other issues under the responsibility of Croatian Post.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1300\">All shipments are sent via <strong data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1150\">Paket24<\/strong>, and once dispatched, the customer receives a <strong data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1251\">confirmation email with a tracking link and number<\/strong>, allowing tracking from the next business day.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1501\">If an order includes a <strong data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1343\">pre-order item<\/strong> (not available at the time of ordering), the <strong data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1498\">entire order, including available items, will be shipped only when the pre-ordered item becomes available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1771\">For every purchased item, customers can choose <strong data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1569\">in-store pickup<\/strong> at our shop (<strong data-start=\"1583\" data-end=\"1607\">Tratinska 34, Zagreb<\/strong>) or, for <strong data-start=\"1617\" data-end=\"1636\">concert tickets<\/strong>, pickup at the event entrance after receiving a notification that the order is ready. In this case, there are <strong data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1768\">no shipping costs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1868\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1790\">Free shipping<\/strong> applies to all <strong data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"1825\">orders over \u20ac59<\/strong> within Croatia, excluding concert tickets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1868\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The Customer shall bear sole responsibility for any and all additional charges that may arise in connection with the delivery of an order outside the territory of the Republic of Croatia, including, without limitation, customs duties, import taxes, levies, and any other fees or charges imposed by the competent authorities of the destination country. Dirty old shop has no authority or control over the assessment, imposition, or collection of such charges.
