Ulaznice za osobno preuzimanje mogu se preuzeti u dućanu nakon primitka maila o spremnosti pošiljke, a najkasnije jedan dan prije dana koncerta (do kraja radnog vremena). Nakon tog roka, ulaznice će biti moguće podići samo na ulazu. / Tickets for in-store pickup can be collected after you receive an email notification that your order is ready, and no later than one day before the concert (by the end of business hours). After this deadline, tickets will only be available for pickup at the venue entrance.

Ulaznice su isključivo u fizičkom obliku, nije ih moguće dobiti u digitalnom formatu. / Tickets are available in hard copy format only; digital versions are not provided.
