The items sold in the online store include sound carriers, T-shirts, concert tickets, figurines, comics, and various souvenirs.

Each item in the online store has a price listed in euros, which does not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated in the final step of the purchase process, where the postage amount is determined based on the quantity and type of ordered products, as well as the selected payment method. This is transparently displayed to the customer before completing the purchase.

The online store is an “extension” of the physical dirty old SHOP located at Tratinska 34 in Zagreb, and the online store is updated once a day. Therefore, it is possible that some items listed as available online may not actually be in stock (for example, if an item is available in only one unit and is purchased in our physical store, it will still appear as available on the website until the next update). This is why we require your contact information (email) so that we can reach out to you in such cases.

dirty old SHOP is the sole owner of the website and domain www.dirtyoldempire.com. This document serves as a contract between dirty old SHOP and the Customer (any person who completes an order through the online store, whether a registered customer or a guest customer), whereby the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions of use for the online store.

Anyone who wishes to make a purchase in the online store can do so either as a guest customer or a registered customer. For each purchase, the Customer must provide personal information, guaranteeing its accuracy, and is required to be informed about data Privacy Policy.

PAYMENT METHODS

The available payment methods in the online store are as follows: Payments can be made using the credit/debit cards listed below or via bank transfer/net banking.

All payments are processed in euros. When paying by credit card, the amount in EUR is converted into your local currency based on the current exchange rate of the card association. Due to currency conversion, there may be a slight difference between the charged amount and the original price displayed on our website.

For payments via bank transfer, the payment must be completed within three business days using the details provided in the order confirmation. Otherwise, the order will be canceled. The transferred amount must exactly match the total stated in the order confirmation. If an unjustified overpayment occurs, refunds for the excess amount will not be possible.

Bank transfer payments are only available for orders within Croatia. Customers outside of Croatia must use the accepted credit/debit cards for their purchases.

Payments via Revolut or similar services are not accepted. These transactions are considered foreign transfers, and if a customer makes a payment through Revolut or a similar method contrary to this policy, the high banking fees incurred will not be refundable. The order will not be processed until the customer covers these additional costs using an accepted payment method.

For ticket purchases, an additional handling fee of €2 per order applies. If paying by credit card, an extra 4% fee on the total order amount (excluding shipping) is charged due to processing costs.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 48-72 business hours after receipt. All shipments are sent via registered mail through Croatian Post for international orders and via the Paket24 service for domestic deliveries within Croatia.

Delivery time estimates:

  • Within Croatia: 3 business days (4-5 business days for islands) as per Paket24 regulations.
  • Within Europe: 10-15 business days.
  • Outside Europe (Worldwide): 15-20 business days from the shipping date.

Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance and other controls in the recipient’s country.

After completing a successful order, the customer receives an order confirmation email, including the total invoice amount.

Rigor Imperium j.d.o.o. (Dirty Old SHOP) is not responsible for any additional costs incurred after the order, such as customs fees or other charges that may apply to shipments outside Croatia. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to high shipping volume or other issues under the responsibility of Croatian Post.

All shipments are sent via Paket24, and once dispatched, the customer receives a confirmation email with a tracking link and number, allowing tracking from the next business day.

If an order includes a pre-order item (not available at the time of ordering), the entire order, including available items, will be shipped only when the pre-ordered item becomes available.

For every purchased item, customers can choose in-store pickup at our shop (Tratinska 34, Zagreb) or, for concert tickets, pickup at the event entrance after receiving a notification that the order is ready. In this case, there are no shipping costs.

COMPLAINTS & REFUNDS

Dirty Old SHOP items are brand new and in perfect condition, shipped in packaging suitable for transport.

If you are not satisfied with the delivered item, you can contact us via email at shop@dirtyoldempire.com within 14 days of receiving your order. To assess your complaint, we require the following details:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Address
  • Payment and delivery method
  • Description of the complaint

Damaged Packages

If you notice damage to the package upon delivery, do not accept the shipment and ask the courier to return it to us. If you accept the package without reporting the damage to the courier, it will be considered delivered in undamaged condition, and we cannot be held responsible for any transport-related damages or accept a complaint.

Vinyl Records

All vinyl records sold in our webshop are new, and most are factory-sealed. If you want to avoid potential spine damage to the record sleeve (top or bottom edge), please request that we send the record opened, with the vinyl placed outside the sleeve. Otherwise, we cannot be held responsible for such damage.

Concert Tickets

Concert tickets cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of event cancellation, as officially announced by the organizer. In such cases:

  • The customer bears the return shipping costs for sending back the tickets.
  • We cannot refund transaction fees or other associated costs—only the ticket price itself.
  • The customer is responsible for checking the refund conditions and must contact us within the designated refund period to claim a refund.

Complaint Resolution & Refund Process

Depending on the nature of your complaint and the reason for dissatisfaction, we will inform you whether your claim is justified and provide options for a replacement, return, or refund.

In the case of an exchange or return, the customer covers all additional shipping costs.

Incorrect Shipping Address & Payment Issues

  • If an international customer enters a foreign shipping address but selects Croatia as the destination country (thus enabling cash-on-delivery or net banking payment options), the order will be canceled.
  • If the customer has already made a payment before we cancel the order, we cannot provide a full refund due to high bank fees for international transactions.
  • Payments via Revolut are not accepted, as they are considered foreign transactions. If a customer pays via Revolut, we cannot refund the high banking transaction fees we incur.

Refund Method

All refunds are issued using the original payment method—either directly back to the credit card or the bank account from which the purchase was made.
